Login Issues

I can't remember my password

How do I create an account / apply for help?

If this is your first time logging in or submitting an application, you will need to navigate to godsgarage.org and click the 'Apply For Help' button to create an account.

How do I update my personal information?

You can update your personal information by logging into your account and navigating to your profile section. You can get to that section by logging in and clicking the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, you can change your email address in your profile settings. You'll need to verify the new email address before the change takes effect. You can get to that section by logging in and clicking the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Application Process

How do I start an application?

After signing up for an account (refer to the above section on how to do this) you should be able to login and start an application. Follow the step-by-step process to complete your application.

Can I save my application and finish later?

Yes, your application is automatically saved as you progress through the sections. You can log out and return later to continue where you left off.

What documents do I need to upload?

Required documents vary based on your application type. The system will show you exactly what documents are needed for your specific situation.

How do I check my application status?

Due to the number of applications we receive, we are unable to provide status updates on applications. After submitting your application, you can check your application status by logging into your account and you will be taken to the status screen which will give you a general idea of where your application is at in the process.

It isn't letting me submit my application?

If you are having issues submitting your application, check the 'Submission' section of the application, which should tell you exactly what is missing. If you believe you are having a technical issue, please contact our support team using the link below.
